What would be better a long term career in Big 4 that leads to being a partner or long term career in industry that leads to c suite positions?

Whenever I meet someone, they think I am a lot younger than I am. For example, they’ll ask if I am right out college or an associate when I am Manager and have been at various Big 4 firms for almost 6 years. I can’t help feeling devalued based on the way that I look. I am 5’3’’ and I am Asian, so I naturally look younger. I think that I do my make up pretty well and dress very clean/professional/trendy. What am I doing wrong? Or is it just society and I can’t change that

Hi y'all, I eventually want to get into a COO/Head of Operations type of role in the AI/ML space. My background: I have about 4+ years operations (chemical engineering), 1 year in a DS type role, 2+ in digital strategy consulting (Big 4) and customer engagement (SaaS start up). What would you recommend my next role entail to get into an Operations leadership position? I'm getting into more Customer Ops, but I've heard a role in Product Management might help as well.
