What would be some good questions to ask the school interviewing me for a sped job?

Moving from North Carolina to Seattle. (Very excited!) What are opinions on average salary to be “comfortable” in Seattle, WA? Up for interpretation and vague obviously… but was making around 90k in NC and was more than comfortable with savings, retirement, vacationing, housing, etc. Currently interviewing and getting to the super fun salary negotiation part lol

Urgently need advise. I have an oral offer from a company. After I negotiated for salary , they told that we have decided to drop your candidature. Then I requested I am okay with the offered salay and can join immediately. She told me to write over mail to her & her manager. I did that. After doing this, I called hr she told me that we r waiting for hiring manager approval. I mailed hiring manager by cc'ing both the HRs that I'm vry much interested. No +ve response till yet. Wat should I do now

Hi 🐠- I have 2 interviews (1 first round, 1 final round) to be scheduled with MBB and got postponed due to COVID. Months later I found PM work really interesting and now thinking about devoting time to learn PM and switch. Currently at B4 and MBB used to be my dream. If you were me, will you continue to practice cases to get into MBB or switch gear for PM? Will MBB name get me a better PM job in tech ($, name etc)I don’t have any technical/coding background, but ultimately want to work in tech.

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. When you have conversations regarding comp with recruiters/in your interviews, do you share your base salary or total comp (including stock, bonus, etc) expectations? I’ve only shared my base salary expectations but understand that stock and bonus can be a large part of comp too so don’t want to leave that on the table

Hi. I am a Transition teacher in California. I would like to know what is the ratio of students to staff for community outings in your districts? I have been teaching in my district for 20+ years and it has always been 4:1 ratio for our moderate/severe transition classes. Now our director is saying it's 6:1 and I don't feel like this is safe for our students.

I have been teaching students with special needs for 21 years now. The class size used to be 12:1. Now it’s 15:1, but you can have up to 18 students with the variance. Now my Principal said that you can have up to 19 students!!!! Is anyone else noticing that the self contained class is getting larger?

This fight has gotten real! I’ve been offered a job, advertised as remote, but they want to have a blended program with teachers on campus. What are some strategies that can be implemented with a 4th grade student who’s on a 1.4-2.4reading level, according to the STAR test. This student just transferred in and he is very well spoken, has a large vocabulary(uses words that typical 4th grade students may not), and has a great creative imagination. His goals include reading fluency and written expression. He cannot spell nor read basic sight words without help. Sometimes, it seems as if he is waiting for me to read before he tries.

Hi this year my school went to full inclusion therfore my mild moderate self contained class was dissolved as my students were pushed into general ed classes. I am now called an inclusion teacher. Anyone else experience this? If so what are your thoughts? Thanks!
