Where is the most money at if you are a PM with 5 years experience?

How to approach salary negotiation? I was recently made redundant (UK) with 1YOE, and now have an offer in a tech firm for a strategic business analytics post. The offer is about 15% below my previous salary (which they know); I'd be keen to lift it up by a few £k to bring it up to roughly 10% below.

How should I go about asking this - given I'm unemployed I'm not sure I have much leverage, and I'm already coming it with relatively low YoE / high banding for the role.

Due to a recent company-wide increase and additional pay for bilingual direct reports I am only making a dollar and change above them as their supervisor. I was hired into this position in March, having been the first employee in this department. I really tried to get them to budge on salary, they did not, but shortly after accepting they gave the whole company a dollar raise.

I am expecting an offer going from client coordinator to clinical qa manager. I am struggling to find a market value for this position. This is on Long Island. When looking up qa manager positions I am coming up with 125k-160k, but this would be my first management role and I only make 50k currently. Right now I work for PSCU and I make $20/hr as a service desk tech. PatientPoint just offered me a job for an L2 position @ $24/hr. PSCU came back and gave me a counter-offer of pulling me in as a direct-hire, $2k sign-on bonus, and $21/hr.

PSCU is 100% remote and PatientPoint is 3 days in-office 2 days remote.

I can't for the life of me decide what to do.

My LWD in CG was in 25th Oct. Before leaving the company i had received all clearances except BU Hr. Before leaving i had several follow up with hr and she said that she will giveclearance on my lwd. But till now they have not givem me clearance. Due to which I still didn't get release letter. I already dropped mail to offboarding team on Monday 31st oct they asked the concerned hr to provide the clearance but there is no reply from her. Anyone has any idea how can I get the clearance?
