Has anyone made the transition out of FP&A? I’ve been in FP&A at a financial services firm for over 10 years. Recently have felt very unmotivated and unhappy. The work hasn’t changed. I think I’m just in a rut and need to change environment and the people I interact with. I’m also very tired of the month end cycle and cadence. What are some options to go into?

Does anyone know how to handle a first year who is treating you like their idol? I am only a second year and one of our stubs said yesterday (non-ironically and in a group convo) that she "wants to be me" and "is just trying to follow in my footsteps and do everything I do."
