Can’t spot fat loss but like associate 1 said: Caloric deficit and protein is your best bet. Your diet will be most important for fat loss, start by making small changes, adding more veggies and protein and minimizing alcohol, refined sugar. Small tweaks can help a lot!

Fat loss comes from caloric deficit and weight loss. Some people say you can recomposition your body lifting at a slight deficit with lots of protein but a cut first is probably quicker.

Diet > cardio > weight training when it comes to weight / fat loss.
You can’t target your legs specifically, but you can eat better, do more cardio and mix in some lifting to lower your body fat %. Eventually it will come off of your legs.
I’ll bet some would argue with you on whether cardio or weightlifting is best for fat loss. I enjoy both. But I definitely know some would say to focus on weights and not cardio.
Personally I love walking to burn extra calories. So I do like cardio.
