I have a question on utilisation,
My manager gave the followe Q3 review:
"They have the capability to do more than what they are doing And I feel they should stretch a little bit to do more than what they are doing today. Utilisation for Q3 is 60%"
My question is what is utilisation here? In what terms or how is it calculated?
I want to mention that we have a chill working style, so I've always got the work done but I am usually away in teams for most the times, am I in trouble with 60%?
