I accepted an offer from a company based in SF couple of weeks ago for a 70% raise from my current pay (TC). Currently in East Coast. Base pay increase was only 10% and rest is all in RSU’s. I can’t stop thinking if am making the right move.

Currently in Big 4, I like my current job & I learn a lot day to day. But very clearly underpaid.

Also, Pandemic has put a lot of strain on my mental health. My productivity is all time low, can’t focus and concentrate. (Cont..)
