More holdings does not equal sophistication (it’s usually a good indication that the investor has no clue what they’re doing).

You can cover something like 99% of the world’s public assets in 4-5 funds. Then adjust percentages based on risk tolerance.

Would anyone have any thoughts on either the Deloitte Oracle HCM practice or PwC's HCM practice, in terms of projects / work / growth?

I'm referring specifically to the offshore entities in India. I've heard positive things about the HCM practice at Deloitte but nothing yet from PwC or how they compare with each other.

My main experience lies in Fusion Tech, but have begun to work more in Payroll / Absence Func and hope to move there in the near future.

Thanks!

Absolute newbie. Feeling a lot of anxiety about being late to the party. What resources do you recommend for understanding the basics and getting started? I have a Roth IRA account but no investments started yet. I’m 35, starting to have kids, have mortgage and some cc debt, no car loan at the moment. 401k is set up but I need to roll old ones over (yes?). I am very lost. Thank you.

It’s very hard to stay confident with this market. I know we shouldn’t try to time the market, but so much unusual activity has occurred over the past couple of years, and it’s still pushed strong with large YoY growth.

Just curious, how many have began divesting? If so, where are you transferring to? Call me crazy, but I just bought some precious metals for diversification purposes. PS I’m not saying this is the right answer..

So I’m trying to buy a house next year if the market calms down a bit. In North Nj area so it’s expensive here. Anyone have any idea how much of a mortgage I’d get approved for? I’ve seen emails come in for like low amounts (like half what a house is worth here) how’s this work? How much of a down payment should I expect to have? Wife and I make around 170k pretax. We also have a few IRAs from old jobs that we were planning on pulling from for first house since it’s penalty free. Suggestions?
