Need some advice - I’m 36 weeks pregnant and am on a really stressful part of a project that is just not my wheelhouse. The data we have is giant mess and only a few people outside the work stream understand it (theyre helpful but super busy so hard to get their full attention). I keep explaining I do not at all follow the flow (I’m trying really hard) and there’s data issues. The directors are pushing me to get it done by Monday (there’s no real reason for it to be) and it’s really stressing me

I don’t feel seen or valued. I have been working for over 15 years. I work hard, I get demonstrably good results in my project work, and people on my teams like to work with me. I go out of my way to deliver value. Yet when it comes to advancement I feel beyond frustrated. I see people with less experience and lesser performance getting promoted quicker. I have tried to develop sponsors. Now I am recruiting outside of BCG and I can’t seem to even get consideration for roles at my level.

Plaintiffs personal injury. I file “claim A.” There’s a lien or assignment for portion of settlement proceeds of “claim A.” Then claim B” by other Atty over debt at issue by the lien holder, naming my client as a defendant. I’m not involved in “claim B” but that case deals with a lien/assignment related to my case “claim A”. The question is: When trying to settle a case - can I talk directly to the lien holder (they have a lien in my case) or is that unethical (b/c they’re represented by Atty)

I joined EY GDS in Jan 2022 and still haven't got any billable project. In such cases, is there a chance that they don't give confirmation once the probation period is over? Is there a chance of layoff?
