Hello everyone!

Want to hire ~10 professionals with the below mentioned profiles on an immediate basis:
1. Java Developer
2. React JS developer
3. Angular JS developer
4. Java Full Stack developer

CTC: 8-10 LPA (negotiable)
Experience: ~2 years
Location: Noida (WFH available)

What in your opinion would be the right source of hiring for such profiles?

What would be the right salary for 11yr exp with 11 lks current ctc when switching to Accenture -level 8. Informatica etl/dwh.

Got promoted from manager to senior manager and salary increase and alleged bonus was embedded into the compensation increase of only 12% increase. Seems very low. Is this common at a mid size public accounting firm ?

1st Job - 90k…. Is this a good salary? Late to the game at 34. Don’t even know anything about personal finance. Basically feeling like an 18 year old over here with no knowledge of how to run my own life. Having to start over after long term controlling relationship where I was left out of all the finance stuff. So I’m lost TBH. Engineering makes sense, managing my money not so much.

I am currently at a firm and received an in-house offer. Aside from main items like comp and big ticket benefits like PTO/health insurance/401k, what other items do I need to think about discussing/negotiating? For example, fees to keep bar licensure, professional association fees, CLEs, etc. I feel like there is so much on that end I currently take for granted being covered at my firm. Anything else I should consider?

Good Morning from Pittsburgh! I'm a Recruiter with Duolingo and new to Fishbowl (enjoying so far). I just posted a Senior Creative Recruiter opportunity to the job board. Duolingo is looking for a passionate Creative Recruiter to lead the recruiting efforts for our Product Design, Design Studio, Creative Marketing, and Studios + Content roles, across all our global offices. I’m contracting with a company in an admin role, but sometimes I’m asked to do projects that would normally be outsourced to a marketing or design company like designing a flyer for example. It’s not in my job description, but I have the skills to do this work and so why not ask me to do it? Is it out of the question to ask if I can be paid for that work under a separate fee as a consultant or something? Is that even possible?

I had my PHR back in early 2000, then made a career change to a paramedic (I know, right). I called SHRM and they said I'm eligible to test again even though I only currently have 1.5 yrs of HR.

I purchased the online study guide and it seems that HR has gone in a completely different direction - more operations related than employee relations etc.

Did anyone find this online training to be helpful? I test in July, so any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks - lauren

I have three years of experience in agency recruiting and HR. I’m currently making 47k as an HR Coordinator. I’m starting to feel bitter that I took a pay cut to transition to HR from agency recruiting so I put myself open to recruiters on LinkedIn and got a Sr Recruiter contract offer with a company that I’m familiar with for $38/hour. I don’t love the company’s culture so I’m going to keep looking but would it be worth leveraging the offer with my current org? I’ve only been there for 7 months
