Depends how sensitive you are to caffeine. In my opinion, the adderall, bc my sleep is much lighter when I take adderall too late in the day. Coffee might make me stay up later but I’ll still get good sleep when I do fall asleep
For me both would be bad news, but probably adderall would be worse. If you think you’ll need a boost in the afternoon, try something with less caffeine, like green tea or hot chocolate.
From my past experience a long time ago, I would say Adderall as I can drink coffee or soda and fall asleep with no problems.
The adderall. But maybe try tea instead or, I know this is annoying, but going for a walk/moving around.
For me, it depends on what time of day. If it's like 3 or 4pm, then an extra boost of caffeine from a cup of coffee would be fine, because it would be out of my system by the time I'm ready to go to bed. I think the only way you can determine what works for you, though, is to experiment with it - preferably on a weekend or vacation time, so if you're up all night, it won't impact your work the next day.
Adderrall. I've been drinking 1-2 cups of coffee daily and I can still sleep through the night. If you're having trouble sleeping, try chamomile tea. It might help.
I can drink espresso and still fall asleep. I guess caffeine does not affect me as much as Adderall does. Natural way to make you sleepy is reading.
Coffee doesn't have much of an effect on me anymore even after 3 cups. I'll still be able to sleep through the night. Have you tried melatonin?
