Hello all, could I have some salary advice? I am currently an accounts senior (national firm, top 30) studying towards ACCA. I am part qualified with a CFAB. I do everything from stat accounts to personal tax, with a portfolio. I have coming up to 3 years experience in practice, in both assurance and audit. My last review went really well. Also a first class International Business degree. Looking at the market it’s seems as though the pay should be £30,000+. Could I ask for anyone’s insight?

Hii everything, Right now i am working as a functional consultant for Microsoft F&O (Accounts module's)and i have also 2 year experience as accountant and i am graduate in BAF and thinking to so ACCA so can anyone suggest me it's is correct for me or i have to go for pure functional consultant?

Is weekend or night before travel discouraged/bad?

When you finally sneak the hotel receptionist that has been eyeing you for the last month back into her place of work for an after party.

The most interesting part of consulting to me is being dropped into entirely new teams where no one knows each other and immediately having to adjust to a new team culture.

I'm on PTO this whole week, but still have to work because the client MUST have a deliverable a week before they even start their month close.

Anyone taken the pay day to switch between competitors (ACN, Deloitte, PwC, etc.)? If so, what kind of raise / bonus did you get? I'm a new consultant making ~$95k. Also interested in MBB figures.
