What would the title of your position be if you focused on Google analytics(implementation, training, management), Google tag Manager(implementation and management), and analytics reporting for marketing and product purposes. —- I’m current a “marketing analyst” but that title doesn’t quite feel right. Suggestions?

Best advice for pivoting from ‘boiler room’ style sales to a more corporate/professional environment?

Just started a new role in finance and I’m the only woman on the team. It’s been 3 weeks and the guys have been pretty unwelcoming and kind of rude. The first day everyone was welcoming but it went downhill since. One of them keeps trying to scare me that the work will get hard etc and there’s always awkward silence and sometimes unnecessary rude remarks. I just started and don’t feel right what should I do.

I’ve heard the only people that last at V15 firms are those that just bill above the requirement of 1950. Is it possible to do that as a mid level lateral?

Hi Team, I got interviewed in LTI and I got confirmation mail from HR that I am selected for discussed role and they want my documents to go ahead for offer letter. 2 weeks they didn't respond me and stopped taking my calls and now HR said position is on hold after and under review, I am serving my notice period in current company since I resigned after offer and didn't give any interview in between because offer and HR was really promising.

What does it mean when you apply to a bunch of jobs for which I am a good fit and you hear nothing back for these jobs? For some applications, I'm approaching two weeks since submission. I did get a call back to the first position I applied to; however, after the lab manager saw how much experience I had he said to release me, far too overqualified, tell him he should be applying to Senior Research Associate positions. Hi! I have ~6 years of HR experience, mostly at various series A-D tech startups. My current role is very employee relations focused and I have a generalist background. I am looking into what an OD position could look like at a larger public organization. Any insight into what skills or certifications I should work on to better suit me for that kind of role? I have an associate full-time offer from a Big4 & an Analyst offer from a decent consulting firm. The pay is in the 60 range for big4 and 70s for consulting firm.
What would you do? I'm not sure what the consulting job will be like but I wouldn't need a masters degree which is great. I am also an analytics minor which is useful.

Anyone regret going into data and analytics? Sometimes I feel like I'm too dumb for it. I don't have a statistics background to really take things to the next level, and my colleagues don't have the hours to help me. My technical skills are OK, but nothing to shout at, especially when I don't really have the interest to learn. Maybe I should just bite the bullet and steer my career to a boring client-side position instead.
