Great company in tiny city if you don’t have a brand name on your resume. If you already have a big name then go the other one.
I think it’s also beneficial to look at the city, where would you be living? What the kind of people would you be interacting with? As these are completely different and likely will affect you differently in life

I would be looking to build my resume, so great company in the tiny city. Since the opposite is an unknown company, I'm assuming the great company is well known. There might be opportunities to transfer. Or you stay for just 1-2 years and hope to the city you really want to be in.

Overall atmosphere REALLY matters if you're LGBTQ, a person of color, immigrant, or possibly female. I'm 2 of the above, and being in a big city makes a big difference.
Gonna need specifics
Not an hour away from Des Moines, but I feel like this is a Walmart Bentonville type of deal
