What would you do… got an email about an interview at a firm, gave dates but never heard back. It’s been almost a week. Do I follow up? If so, how soon?

Just had an interview with the CEO of this brand (it was my 4th interview for this role). For some reason, I got really nervous and I think it got the best of me. I felt like I rambled and sounded really stupid a few times because I couldn't find my words... I don't usually get this nervous so IDK why that happened. Do I address any of that in the follow-up email or would that just make it worse? Any thoughts on how to help address it or make it better via a follow up email?
