Can sick days get denied?
Hey All, I got an offer from Google for L4 Solutions Consultant, remote from Canada. They have offered Level 4 with a base of $120k CAD and 15% bonus with Sign on bonus of $12k CAD. Total Stock Options of $113k vesting in 4 years.
I got 9 years of TE and 6 Years of Relevant Experience for the job. I am already making almost the same today. Do you think I am low balled? What is the best I can negotiate. Recruiter says it’s best and final offer! Kindly suggest!!! Google

Great advice, thank you. Yes fumbling seems it. I agree. It could be as simple as raising it to attention and sharing the email. I’ll need to clarify plenty. Although I love what I do, along with the solution, our clients, and have definitely advanced my skills, a pattern of very high turnover is hard to ignore, and maybe this is why. Still, not easy to bring up to a new SLT I barely know yet in Europe.
Are you really surprised? Unless you’re a super early employee or investor, regular people rarely get much equity. Did you expect more than .01%?
