I planned my meals and got into a good diet plan not with the goal of loosing weight but with the goal of healthy balanced diet with optimal cheat meals sprinkled. Understood how my body reacts to various food types and boundaries of moderation. Optimal balanced schedule for yourself your sleep and your baby's schedule. Read books you are never going to get another time like this. Cook your heart out, I did because I believe in expression of love thru food for my child and getting my skills up for when they start eating solids. Take a vacation with your SO, We took 2.
