I've to chose between two offers:
1. Capgemini- Dell project, 19LPA - variable pay 1.7 + 40k joining bonus. HR told me she will workout if I've any better offer even though not sure 😊
2. Citi corp india services ltd- 24.30 LPA fixed.

Which one I can chose in terms growth, job security?

Currently a first year big 4 audit associate who completed my first busy season a few months ago. Since starting I have had a pretty rough go of it and don’t think I am cut out for audit work or the life style. It's been over a month I have attended 1st round of interview but there is no update from sap labs on portal.. I had good interview. Infact it went for 90 mins instead it was planned for an hour... Should I still keep some hope or just forget it.
