Sounds like it's time to talk to her counselor and ensure this is documented in her review.
Make sure you discuss with preparer too. Preparer should know that you see zero growth and learning.
If she has a good attitude, sit down with her and say there is this and this that needs to be corrected. If your not saying anything to her, she might think it’s ok.
I would clear a set of a review notes with her and say very explicitly you did X but what I would like to see in future work papers is Y. This will give her an opportunity to ask questions. Depending on the service line you’re in and type of work that you do, maybe you can create a checklist for her to complete before submitting any work for your review. The checklists help a ton when working with COE
Yikes. It’s one thing when they try and don’t get another when they clearly don’t care. I’d sit down with her one more time and then mention it to her counselor that you’ve had recurring issues and this what you’ve done to help. Any sort of supporting emails would help
I gave detailed review notes every time but she failed to apply these even in very similar situations. When I check in she always says everything’s fine but end of the day she left things in the workpaper that she clearly couldn’t figure out with straight copy paste value from another wp....so ridiculous that it’s almost funny
Have you told her that is not acceptable? She’s not that dim to think that’s ok. She might think you don’t care
Time to ream her out
