Really depends, 5 to 10% higher pay, probably gonna go with culture. 30 to 50% higher, fuck culture who gives a shit. 100% higher? Hey u can paper cut my man nipples all day and I will still come to work everyday.

Talkin' about culture? Your experience is much more impacted by the relationship you form with the few people you work with most often. Culture means something when you're on the outside looking in. Much less so once you're in. Long winded way of saying I prefer higher pay.
