Without those questions answered it is hard to be specific. So again without those data points you could be looking at anywhere from $55k (smaller market, company and/or one that gives you bonus / profit sharing potential) to $130k (if you were going to SFO, joining a rich/competitive tech company that might pay a very attractive base to lure talented people - Could even have bonus/stock potential). Expect anything $100k plus or at a top brand/company to get ultra competitive.

AS — there’s no such thing as standard comms manager.
A small startup may want a comms manager with 2-3 years of experience. A global, large cap company may want a comms manager with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Their comp will not be similar at all.
Question is too vague... Depends less on title and more on YOE, where you’re coming from and what work you’ve done, if you have a specialty, targeted industry and Geo.
My company, which is a Fortune 500 In healthcare recently hired someone from an agency at an AS level for a specialist role. Salary is 90k 5% bonus target. NY metro area (but not in the city).
