I interviewed for a job at a new company, and the role would be a huge pivot for me. When asked, I gave the absolute minimum I would be willing to accept (my current salary) since I have no experience in the area. The company came back and offered an interview for a different role, much closer to the job I currently do. Hello! I am moving from NYC to Dallas in a few months. I currently don’t own a car so I am researching now on what vehicle to lease for the next 3 years. I’ve been told from someone who lives in Texas that it is not safe to get a small car because the roads there are “rough” and that most drivers own suvs or trucks and drive really fast on the highways. I am originally from Miami—I don’t know how much worse the drivers can be? Lol. Would it be bad idea to get a Mini Cooper?
