I always find making rice dishes are quick, simple, and healthy to meal prep. You can switch up the protein, veggies, and sauces (if you use them) for variety.

Recently I prepped for the week a brown rice dish containing chicken sausage, stir fry bell peppers + onion + spinach + kale, Parmesan cheese, and arrabiata sauce.

One of my past favorites is wild rice dish with chicken sausage, stir fry sweet potato (or carrots) + zucchini + spinach + yellow squash, and orange ginger marinade.

These + eating intuitively and more mindfully have helped me drop the pounds. I really don’t pay attention to counting calories anymore.

You should track using MyFitnessPal and see what you’re eating that’s actually deceptively bad for you. I found out the stir fry I was making for 2 servings had 500 calories alone in the sauce. I now use 1/3 of the sauce and it tastes the same. Find what works for your daily caloric deficit and turn into a creature of habit.

Very simple and cliche but these days am having sautéed vegetables (carrot, french beans, tomato, peas) + paneer. Its very filling, tasty and heathy. Takes like 15-20 min to prepare

I was exhausted so went to bed at about 5-6pm and then got jolted awake at 3 am by…..nothing? I keep waking up every 2-3 hours at night. I get up to pee rinse my mouth and generally can fall back asleep right away. It’s been happening for weeks now. Say I go to sleep at 11, I’ll wake up at around 1, then around 3:30, then around 5:30. I’ll often just stay up. Or I might try to snooze for another hour or so. I’d like to sleep through from 11-7 as I used to. I guess the good thing is I don’t need an alarm anymore.

Need suggestions for how to make cauliflower rice not taste like cauliflower. I love rice, eat it almost once week (significantly cut down from eating it almost every day as a child through college 😅) so switching to cauliflower rice is a challenge since texture and taste wise, I just KNOW it’s not rice.
