Got an offer from FAANG in finance / accounting. How do you compare the offer if you are currently in a company where total comp is just base + bonus? I know a lot of tech companies value TC that includes RSUs but not sure how to compare. Base and bonus for current and new company is about the the same so to me the difference is in the RSUs and upside at FAANG. Thoughts?Facebook (Meta) Netflix Apple Amazon Google

Promote senior leaders that reflect the core employee base - gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, race, socioeconomic upbringing, etc

Seconding EY 2. Hire - and PROMOTE - a diverse range of employees: queer folks, trans folks, POC, people from different socioeconomic backgrounds, people with different abilities. Provide trans and queer inclusive healthcare benefits. Have robust policies that you actually enforce to prevent discrimination and harassment in the workplace. Remember that protections need to still extend to employees who are shipped off to client sites. Have an inclusive employee resource group for LGBTQIA+ folks and remember that means resources and programming for more than just the L and G.
