My current package is 20 lpa with 17.5 fixed working as a project manager iwth 10.5 yrs of expeirence and i have offer from capgemini and a product based company of 32 lpa & 29 lpa as ctc respectively. I am not able to convince other companies despite having the offer in hand for them to give me 36 lpa which was my original expectation. I have done PMP and I have a good experience of handling a team of 64 at a time. Can someone please guide me here.?

Anyone else have parents that love them but give terrible advice? Every time I've followed it, I've been miserable, unsuccessful, missed glorious opportunities or been worse off for the sacrifice. My sibling on the other hand does what he wants and is now super successful and living the life for it.

My GF is a nurse & a few months ago picked up a contract job (traveling nurse) at a hospital in the south in their ICU. The last 6 weeks have been absolutely brutal for her & every time we FaceTime after one of her shifts it’s like I’m talking to a completely different person.
