Just found out I’m pregnant, need to pick insurance plan. Omnicom has Cigna(never heard of it), but with my spouse it’s coming out to be just as much as private insurance Blue Cross or United health. Im also in Philly and Cigna has doesn’t have to many doctor choices.. should I just get private insurance instead of through my employer?? Who has Cigna how is it?! I have left positions in the past when I begin to feel stagnant or when my experience is not valued. My reason for “job hopping” as many would see it isn’t because I lack the skills to do the job but because I put in 1000% and do not feel I am fairly compensated or my hard work is recognized.
