I liked “Creativity, Inc” by Ed Catmull and “The Creative Habit” by Twyla Tharp as well.

“Bossypants” by Tina Fey is a great read and has many lessons on leadership, among other things.
Also, “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie is a classic with lots of advice about understanding others and getting the most out of them. Everyone should read it.
What Got You Here Won't Get You There, by Marshall Goldsmith. I was jarred at first by what a dramatically different job it was than being a creative. This book helped.
For management topics I like Harvard Business Review. They have some good monographs on managing and motivating. You can also sign up to read a few free articles a month online.
