Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

If I were you I'd try to get over 100. But if you're looking outside big 4, prob drop by 10k. I would not accept anything less than 90 if I were you in NYC
@manager1 I'm at 88k now at a smaller firm. I was hoping for at least 100 but my recruiter says it's not realistic. Just wondering what you guys think
The fact that housing in the city is expensive doesn't dictate the market value of salaries. $100K is high for a senior in the market. I agree with the recruiter that it's unrealistic. I'd say mid $90s is on the high end of what's reasonable for the market. Smaller firms pay more than the larger ones for retention purposes. The larger firms have larger networks and better exit ops from their "brand value", and they're aware of that fact, which is why salaries are a bit lower than the very small firms.
I would say if you are getting 95 you will be selling yourself short.
$80K - $85K
At least 100...regardless of the fact that you're about to be in NYC paying a shit ton of money
Currently at 91k
Under 95*
90 to 95 is a good range. 100 if you find a firm that is pressured to hire
85 is realistic. Some firms pay 95 for 5 plus years experience
100 including bonus is likely
