I'm a working mother currently on maternity leave for 2nd kid. I've been able to perform well these days but in reality it feels so difficult to keep up. My family cares about my husband's career and expects me to be supportive of his frustrations but I'm right here slowing down my own career growth which could be a lot better with at least some moral support. My tech stack is cloud, Devops and he is into teaching.
I feel low trying to have WLB like fighting alone.

I’ve been working in telecom (and same company) for the last 10 yrs. I like tech but unsure what I want to do next or where to work. Figured consulting may give me the opportunity to become exposed to new industries and projects. Also I’m interested in getting some consulting experience on my resume. Any tips appreciated
