I do not have a finance degree, but a business admin degree instead. I didn't plan on banking, but I left my prior industry and got this job through someone I know knowing someone at the bank. I'm 24 years old and my business degree is from a very solid business school. What should I be getting paid (salaried)? Curious if I'm being underpaid.
