What’s a fair salary for first time Finance Manager (individual contributor, no directs, 100% remote)? I have 6 YOE, currently a Senior Financial Analyst, doing my MBA part time and finishing it in a year and a half. The company extending me the offer is located MCOL and I live in a Mid to high COL currently. Is $110k base decent?

Currently at small public company (2 bil in revenue) and got an offer at fortune 100 for senior accountant. But current company gave counteroffer to match salary and promise of manager promotion in 1-2 years. Which one should I take assuming current company will keep their word?

International tax SA1 with JD and CPA. Got an offer from a smaller accounting firm as a manager and 40k + salary bump. Will i be able to come back to Big4 if i don’t like it? Is it a good move or will it be detrimental to my career?

I have cleared all 3-4 round of interviews in Apisero by 26 Dec. HR also taken all the documents like salary slips etc.

She said offer may take some time due to new year holidays. Now they are saying they have freezed all the new offers.

Is this correct? Apisero is not rolling out any new offers?

The interview process take weeks of time and multiple rounds. So just wanted to know what is the point of all these rounds.

I work for a small sub under the Publicis umbrella, and leadership has been avoidant after initially saying likely in May. Wondering if anyone else already received and we’re just not eligible. 1. Colorado Springs: visited multiple times. Loved it, inexpensive.

Do you have to file an amendment for every client side travel? Even if you are in a non delivery role and just doing business development meetings?

Some companies that I want to work for just dont show openings for 0-2 years range..For example CISCO, Analog devices,Tower research and a few more..Where do these companies hire from at junior level?
Others like amazon,flipkart etc have tons of junior level openings.
