What were you expecting? San Francisco, for example, has higher numbers...but only to compensate for higher cost of living.

The range I’ve seen as an ACD is $140-210k, so a pretty massive range. All depends on agency vs in-house, your experience, size of the company, responsibilities etc. Some companies uses ACDs as glorified senior creatives, while others use them as straight up CDs.

ACD1, I’ve never heard of a 1st year ACD making more than 180k, let alone 210k. Which shops pay ACDs that much? Genuinely asking.

I work in a Rep Services Call Center for an Insurance/ Investment Company. Currently I'm pursuing my MBA at Western Governors University and I plan to get my Series 7 after my MBA so I can get out of the Call Center and advance my career. I'm looking for some advice / guidance/ideas for growth opportunities from here. I'd like to hear about good experiences and bad experiences people have had in this industry, where did you start, how did you grow from there, what licenses do you have, ect.
