Depends on the person but 7-8 is a good rule of thumb for most people. I find if I naturally let myself sleep without alarms I tend to sleep closer to 9, but YMMV. Find a weekend night where you can just let yourself sleep (ideally not after a week of getting little sleep) and see when you wake up on your own

Varies person to person - age, physical activity level, etc. all impact it. Most adults have an optimal sleep range between 6 and 8 hours but find what works best for you.

REM cycles work for me, so I try for 7.5 or at least 6 and I feel like that works out better than getting 6.5-7

I aim for 9 but generally 7+ is what I stick with

I was recently (in April) fired from a good nursing position that I was at for 5 years. I reached out to my old ADON to get some information on where we had our vaccinations from and she told me that I should come back and the administrator that I had issues with is gone. Does anyone go to a clinic several hours from their home? I did IVF in early 2020 that resulted in a successful fresh transfer. I have 7 embryos frozen at my fertility clinic, but we moved about 6 hours away. Premenopausal and I am a complete mess, cry randomly, it’s so embarrassing. I cried at the drs , I cry watching tv, I cry driving home . I can’t handle my emotions . Not sure if this is the right bowl but I am slightly concerned that a friend has started taking steroids over quarantine. He has always had a strict bodybuilding routine and diet. Started lifting 7 years ago and suddenly gained 20lbs of muscle and got super cut in ~4mo even with gyms closed in LA. Also needs viagra on a regular basis now. He claims the only thing he’s changed is starting IF but I’m not buying it... he keeps saying I wouldn’t know because I’m F and our bodies are different.
