What’s a good % increase to leave for industry? 15-25% reasonable?

Just left for around 40%. It's actually closer to a 100% hourly increase since I don't work 7 days a week anymore.

I wouldn't leave below 50% or 25% base + 25% bonus.

Wouldn’t consider anything less than 40% increase in total comp unless the job was something I️ was super passionate about

If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? As a senior, I am dealing with trying to get answers from management but those above me want to be the filter and asker of all questions with the client. That is fine, each team has a preference.

But the questions do not seem to get asked or when they do the answer isn't right. How do others deal with this issue?
