We all know that when projects are planned and resourced properly/efficiently, the team knows exactly what they’re doing and the clients don’t scope creep, there will be periods of downtime for PMs. This is usually a good thing because that means a project is moving smoothly.

Why is it so hard to join a group ? My boyfriend has his group of friends (both males and females) but every time we hang out with them, I feel left out because I don’t have history with them and they all have their inside jokes and stories.
