Lemonade was the cheapest for us and apparently the claims process is super easy if you ever need to file one. They’re not in all markets yet though

Agreed

From my experience, most policies I have had have been less than $100 for the whole year. Most of the insurance companies offer standard coverage, so with regard to that aspect I wouldn't say there is a "best". Maybe a few slightly cheaper options. But for $80-100 for the year it's not worth your time to fight for savings.

For convenience sake, it might be easiest to go through whoever you use for auto or life and just tack on an extra policy. They already have your info. I think I used Geico (who does my Auto), I confirmed that they didn't outsource my renters insurance to a company that I audit, and checked that the price was reasonable.

Bada-bing, bada-boom.

Lemonade! I used it for renters and now that I bought my own place, I still use it for home owners! Super easy!

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. I would appreciate any input!!!!

One more question is - should I have a combined or a separate policy for me and my wife. Have 2 small kids 4 and 2 , wife works too, 450k household
