Went through 4 interviews, panel with presentation/case study with mental health startup that has nothing but rave reviews for me. Apparently no TA team until after I was offered something 20K+ less than I make now. Head of new TA team said they’ll work with me to find a position that fits - the process I went through was “grossly mishandled”. Keep telling me that not even managers make what I’m asking for. Asking for 75k min for 30+ caseload. How do I push them on it? is even worth it?

We are essentially an outsourced controller for our largest client. The owner is taking MASSIVE amounts of distributions over and above income. He’s essentially financed $1M in distributions from his LOC. We have spoken to him multiple times about this and the behavior never stops. What would you do here? Fire your largest client?
