If you've been prepping for your case interview, that should pretty much cover the online case as well. Just be mindful of time while you're doing the assessment.

Can anyone give any insight into the pymetrics test for BCG? I know there’s no real way to prepare, but is there a way to “fail” this vs. “passing” it in the eyes of a recruiter?

If you’ve been prepping for case interviews you should be good. Time usually isn’t a problem, but be prepared for tricky questions. It depends on region, but you might also be asked to do a video recording for your recommendation on the online case. Good luck with!

Currently at a big 4 with 5 years of experience. No early promotion due to 2 transfers to different groups. Another big4 reached out about manager role and I’ve had 2 interviews. Spoke to an old coworker and they said this wasn’t common to get a promotion through big4 by moving. True? Worth to continue interviewing ?
