With AVP and 110K, how can I grow faster in the company with Promotion and salary hikes? Am I paid the right salary, or could it have been better? Would like to know how soon the title changes to VP? Salary range for a boutique? I’m interviewing at a new boutique that was started by former big law partners. It’s a niche area of law but it sounds like they’re doing well financially. Just got if a client call where the lead client a 65 year old white male called the shots, a white 45 year old ecd presented the work, a 45 year old male white acct person did the selling. The young creative team with one aa woman and a going white female presented their work. I (39 female) and the secondary client (female) stayed silent all if the call cause there were already enough people talking and the lead client only wanted to hear from the other male co workers. I know a lot of people say to email CDs at agencies you like, but I always struggle with what exactly to say.
