What’s a good senior strategist salary in pharma?

Any recruiters want to help me figure out if I want to be a recruiter? I think it could be a good fit for my personality/background but don’t know much about what the day-to-day looks like (and also have comp questions).

Interested to know what way most CSMs bonus structure is worked out, is it an end of year bonus for different tiers of churn, is it a percentage of each renewal, and then a percentage of upsell etc? Thanks

Annual reviews are held September thru October at my current company. I started in July so I did not receive one last year. These reviews determine promotions, raises and bonus amounts. Earlier this year I received an added responsibility of managing someone and it came with a small salary increase. I guess my question is do you think this salary bump means I will not receive a raise? I personally feel like the salary increase solely covers the new responsibilities attached to managing.

Manulife has director>AVP>VP levels. Guessing these titles and salary bands are aligned with Sunlife.

Trying to gauge equivalence. Would a Director at Manulife/Sunlife be equivalent to Senior Manager or AVP at TD in terms of salary and responsibilities?

What's the progression like for data scientists at MBB?
I see data scientist, senior, and principal lvls at McK and I'm not sure how quickly people are promoted there. And what's the comp range for each level? I see 100k, 130k, 200k respectively in Glassdoor but not sure if that's true.

How much will I get monthly in-hand if the offer letter says $160k?

I started working as a consultant with EY 8 months ago. Even though I'm content and learning a lot there, I think there are places where I might easily earn more money. I received a job offer last week from Alvarez & Marsal to work as a consultant at the Transaction Advisory Department (financial due diligence team), where I will be paid more fairly (salary & bonus). Should I accept it? Or would leaving EY that early not be wise?

Which is better if package is almost same?

I am interested in being a Data Engineer or Scientist.
DE aligns most with my learning patterns and I dont think I will require a further degree for that.

However, for DS jobs I feel recruiters ask for relevant DS/ML experience and/or a degree in stats/maths to reflect that the person is aware in theory/practical at least.

I feel getting a DS job will be slow and time taking for me.
Please suggest/advice. Want to discuss this.

Does anybody else have clients that want to be “innovative” and “disruptive” but the second you share a really cool, insightful, big idea with them that’s on strategy they proceed to fumble like fools and just want to focus on basic block-and-tackle tactics and never actually do anything that’s innovative?
