What’s considered a good sign on bonus amount?

Any divorce advice? My ex wants a large alimony, married in CA, she got a massive inheritance, 5x my salary. Does that mean she won't need alimony?

What’s the pettiest way you’ve ever quit or heard someone quit? I heard a story: this guy got hired from contract to full-time and he worked 6 more months. So they only gave him half a bonus come bonus time. Once he quit, he gave them one weeks’ notice and they said “what happened to two weeks?” He said “well you only gave me half a bonus so I’m giving you half notice.” 🤣🤣🤣 I know they say “don’t burn bridges” but honestly when I quit I aspire to do something this epic.

What is he salary range for E2 level test lead in HCL?

My title is a Project Engineer which, in my field, is a couple steps below a Project Manager. I have been drafting for almost 10 years, I have a PM certification, and I have 2 years of experience. I tend to pick up on anything construction fairly quickly but I am unsure what to ask for a salary in my coming review. (I had a career change two years ago when I was told I topped out at my last employer.) I fear I am paid less because I am a woman. I am the only female in my department. Salary??

Accenture, Consultant level, 120k, 6% bonus, strong network
OR
Smaller firm, Consultant level, 120k, 20% bonus, will have to build my network again.

Posted earlier in the Advertising bowl without much luck so figured I’d give it a go here. What’s the average salary range for a junior strategist in SF right now?

For someone with 10 years of experience and great portfolio, is it right to charge $95-$105 hourly rate for freelance projects?

Quoting a small agency and big one at this time for w2 work and wondering if this is right. I live in a major city, HCOL, but not as much as NYC or San Fran.

Currently in Kinaxis, precession services base 110k bonus : 12%. Got an offer from slalom base 130k and 7%. I wanted to shoot out for senior consultant but they still offer me consultant role. Is the switch worth it. I am not particularly looking for a job change

1. Feeling unmotivated at work
2. Lack of exercise due to long hours and mental exhaustion and feeling lousy physically
3. Unsure if I like the job or not
4. Still feel a bit of social pressure to be in a "good" job and consulting is still attractive from that pov as well as compensation
5. Projects are interesting but long hours nets it out

I suffer from depression and anxiety. Been facing it through past year now. Have tried all natural methods but no success. Also pandemic hasn’t made it easier as well.

Lot of pressure from family to get married but with my state of mind, not so much inclined. (M29).

Family thinks it good to move back to india and try afresh but the prospect of not been able to get good salary job/ and sabotaging a career that I made gives me more anxiety.

Second year associate here. Recently moved to another job but having issues with paralegal. She’s been a paralegal for several years and is in law school at the moment. Every single thing I do on my cases, she is critiquing and telling me how she would’ve done it differently and what I need to change. I am appreciative for grammar checks, her help confirming research/case law, that sort of thing, but she’s doing 1000% more than that, even editing my arguments. What to do?
