CAs is it possible to register a Trust/NGO which accepts donations under 80G and is managed closely by private individuals. The purpose would be to accept donations and help out the same people with same money for Medical/Educational use in their family only. The help would be capped at 80% of total contribution as on date. 😂 finding means to devoid the government of income tax money as we get literally nothing in return.

I’ve been an environmental, health and safety professional for about 6 years. Previously I worked in emergency services (fire, EMS and HAZMAT) for 12 years. When I changed careers I enjoyed the EHS world and it was challenging but lately I’m not interested in it and have been thinking about either changing fields completely or trying to do a more specialized part of EHS.
