What's a good "weakness" to discuss during an interview?

Perfectionism is the classic one

You are prone to violent outbursts and dmget a bit handsy after a few drinks.

I'm sometimes too demanding of others. I forget not everyone cares as much as I do.

I have great attention to detail, but sometimes I need to remind myself to take a step back and look at the bigger picture.

^ only do the detail oriented thing if you are at a sub-manager level. Managers and up who always get sucked into little details don't make it far

I'm too vested in my work and have to balance my work-life better.

I'm uncomfortable with diversity

If you do a weakness that you can spin into a positive you've basically failed that part because its bullshit. Think of something that's actually a weakness to show integrity and self understanding, not 19 year old applying for his first college job "sometimes I work too hard and don't spend enough time relaxing 😃"

Interviewer: "What's your biggest weakness?". You: "I'm too honest." Interviewer: "I don't think that's a weakness." You: "I don't give a f*** what you think."
