If my work offered unlimited PTO I’d leave. Not sure why it’s seen as a benefit because you can never really use it beyond 2 weeks and you never get your vacay payout if you get laid off.
Unlimited PTO is the biggest sham there is. I'd take guaranteed wfh days and bonuses. Salary is salary, but bonuses are few and far between in our industry and they're lovely to receive. If I had kids, any childcare coverage would probably be huge too.
Being able to actually use PTO.
An office with a door!
Straight cash, homie
Flexible work arrangements/wfh
Mo’ money and mo’ bitches (dogs).
unlimited PTO
Competent senior leadership 🙃
guaranteed equal pay for equal work
Part-time work options (3 or 4 day weeks or work until 3pm) or work from home options. I’d love to work and kick butt at my career and kick butt at being a mom and sometimes it’s hard to do both. It’s a struggle and I wish there were more options.
PART TIME or reduced hours. This industry continues to act like they are listening, innovating and sooo “mom friendly” but have yet to see creative leadership with reduced/ flex schedules. It’s almost a joke.
Tuition reimbursement & WFH/flex hours
Ability to work remotely.
Mo money, mo money, mo money.
No perk is worth making a move, because every move is a risk
Working remotely. Unlimited PTO is a joke and never works to your advantage.
Good client's and an opportunity to make great work for those clients.
Flex time, the ability to take 6mos mat leave, senior leadership that are women with children
Job security 😂
In-house childcare. Really great maternity leave. Overtime compensation of some sort
