I was in an interview. I was asked for compensation, since it's a newer organization I couldn't find much info. I ended up low balling myself almost 15k. How do I redeem this?

Hy all, I have a query related to bridge program of Infosys. My interview was average and I also given my best in assessment test run 2 codes 100 percent . I'm currently in talk of joining ZS Associates, with ~5 YE from industry (healthcare/life science) and 7+ YE in total. It sounds from the recruiter that it's
more likely to come in as an AC first, not a C unless proven otherwise during the interviews. Should I even consider this opportunity since it might be a 'step-down’ from my current position, and might not look as good in my resume? Is it true levels at ZS are higher than other firms, MBB, B4, T2?
I am looking for a structured excel course with case studies. I don’t use excel much in my current job, and I need to prepare myself for interviews with excel exam components. On my own, I wouldn’t know what type of tasks I should practice. Thanks for any help!
How do you evaluate things like “culture” in a law firm interview? I’m at a mid-size firm and I love small my team (& my low billable hours requirement), but at the firm & department level things have become really toxic. I’m interviewing at some bigger firms, but I’m terrified of landing somewhere with an awful team with 0 WLB. This was my first job out of law school, so I don’t really know how to scope out red flags in an interview. Any recs?

I recently completed my technical interview with epam anywhere and I got selected in that. Now HR told me that I have one more project interview round which is also technical. In my epam profile it's showing that it's an offer interview. My HR told for functional testing it's a project interview instead of offer interview. I really confused about this and why should I take another Technical round even after clearing 1.5 hrs technical round. Can anyone share details of it?
What questions can I expect in ubs UI developer interview. Can anyone share their interview experience

Hi! I would really appreciate your help and professional POV.
I recently received a job offer at a new company (!!) but I'm only 6 weeks away from being fully vested at my current company (which has a policy where you need to make it to three years or you don't get to keep any of the company's contributions).
Is it worthwhile telling this to the HR team so I could get a delayed start date at the new company? Or is that a no no?
The companies are a part of two different holding companies btw.
Do “agents” exist for creatives? Where the agent gets paid by you to find roles. Similar to a Hollywood agent for an actor. Not to be confused with recruiters, who work for agencies/staffing firms....

Would you find it too much if a candidate asks for 10k more than what he was offered at first?
They are really interested in my profile. I was interested in the work so I asked the recruiter how much would I be paid and she said 60k. I feel like I'm stuck because it's a really good offer considering my skills and experience but I'm afraid if I start negociating and ask for more, it would be considered rude. Any opinion?
Does your years of experience matter when negotiating salary for a new job? Or should you just ask for the highest possible amount within the salary band for the position?

How do recruiters evaluate work vs a a CD?
Interview question: had a great interview with the cmo of a brand I’m really excited about for an ECD role. She mentioned there was a take home assignment, which usually is a dealbreaker for me but I want the gig. The hr person sends it to me, and it’s not one but TWO Full 360 campaigns, one brand one product. I’m currently still full time at an agency working insane hours (hence the desire to escape).anyone know the play here? Do I STFU and figure out how to get it done? Can I push back? HLP!
Reasons for not getting a calls back?
I’ve worked at some well know agencies and with a lot of notable clients. I’ve been told countless times that I have a great book etc. not sure what’s up 😟
Started a new job in recruitment half a year ago and I’m absolutely dreading my time thus far. My team is incredibly detached from each other and I get nitpicked for the stupidest of reasons (like why am I picking not to go to the office, even though we have a temporary full WFH policy), not to mention that my male coworkers get more praise for doing less than me. It’s incredibly demotivating and I went from wanting to do more to just doing the bare minimum. Is quitting the only option here?
