I was in an interview. I was asked for compensation, since it's a newer organization I couldn't find much info. I ended up low balling myself almost 15k. How do I redeem this?

I'm currently in talk of joining ZS Associates, with ~5 YE from industry (healthcare/life science) and 7+ YE in total. It sounds from the recruiter that it's
more likely to come in as an AC first, not a C unless proven otherwise during the interviews. Should I even consider this opportunity since it might be a 'step-down’ from my current position, and might not look as good in my resume? Is it true levels at ZS are higher than other firms, MBB, B4, T2?

How do you evaluate things like “culture” in a law firm interview? I recently completed my technical interview with epam anywhere and I got selected in that. Now HR told me that I have one more project interview round which is also technical. In my epam profile it's showing that it's an offer interview. My HR told for functional testing it's a project interview instead of offer interview. I recently received a job offer at a new company (!!) but I'm only 6 weeks away from being fully vested at my current company (which has a policy where you need to make it to three years or you don't get to keep any of the company's contributions).
Is it worthwhile telling this to the HR team so I could get a delayed start date at the new company? Or is that a no no?

Started a new job in recruitment half a year ago and I’m absolutely dreading my time thus far. My team is incredibly detached from each other and I get nitpicked for the stupidest of reasons (like why am I picking not to go to the office, even though we have a temporary full WFH policy), not to mention that my male coworkers get more praise for doing less than me. It’s incredibly demotivating and I went from wanting to do more to just doing the bare minimum. Is quitting the only option here?
