Hi! The organization I have been interviewing for has recently put all roles on a hiring freeze BUT decided to offer me a contract role until it lifts (ETA Q1, 2023). My question is what would be reasonable compensation (full time 40 hrs, weekly).

Curious what other junior associates at PR agencies are making off the bat? I earned my master’s degree last year and accepted a JA role for $36K. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?
