Looking for my next opportunity with the right organization! I have 5 years of experience in startups and a passion for the employee experience. My current role as a consultant has honed me in becoming a ‘swiss army knife’. I understand HR’s role as a business partner and how our work can impact the bottom line. I’m a motivated candidate that leads with entrepreneurial spirit and integrity. Do you have a role in mind? Let’s connect! Based out of Boston, remote work preferred.
How do I make the most out of my role when my FP&A role is glorified admin and accounting but pay is good?
Would anyone at Boston Consulting Group be open to putting in a referral for me? I would really appreciate it!
Looking for a referral (PM me): 6 years consulting experience with CMS reimbursement. Specialties in geospatial analytics, automations, and building/managing new offerings. (geo reclass, wage index analysis and optimization, SCH analysis and scoping, cost report preparation, RHC feasibility analysis)
I recently started a job in sales. The role is way more technical then expected and I want transition back into recruiting. My current company just opened up a recruiter position. Any advice/ word of wisdom on how I can go about starting this conversation internally to make the transition. Do I talk to my current manager first or the hr manager?
Anyone here at Microsoft and is aware of hiring process can comment or willing to chat? I have found 2/3 roles and have interacted with hiring manager for 2 roles. Both like me and want to do interviews. Q1: can I interview for >1 team at a time? Q2: Do I disclose I am talking to two teams? I am agnostic to teams but love Microsoft and would love to join either team! Thanks in advance. P.S: Not looking for a referral - just some intel.
Hey guys. I have a concern and I need your advice. I'm joining Deloitte as an intern (analyst) in GDAS (EA). I was assigned to do some courses from Udemy, all of which were programming related. The thing is, I don't like coding, and am not well versed in it either. I want a more management oriented role. I'm a campus hire, so idk if I have the liberty to ask for a role change. FYI, I was very clear that I'm not willing to code/join as a developer during my interview. What should I do guys? ://
Hey! Does anyone know the rough idea of base+ bonus + possible RSUs at Workday for the Customer Success Manager role? - Tier 2 city (Texas) with MBA. Position is asking for 3+ years of project management or sales type experience and currently sitting at over 4. Workday really interested in this role and hoping to make a transition!
Already sent a note thanking HR and completed assessment. She let me know when I asked about the interview process that she still had additional interviews to get through this week but they are looking to fill position within 30 days. This was last Wednesday. Avoid the urge of following up again and wait until the 14 day mark to give time for additional interviews? (for a dream in house counsel position)
What kind of positions in industry would one qualify for if they're an SC in consulting? I've seen people move into analyst, manager, and director roles in industry when they were previously an SC at my firm. I'm feeling burnt out and looking to exit. Only issue - I'm afraid of a paycut if I do exit. I currently make ~115k total comp, have an MHA degree, and about 4 years of exp in the provider space (revenue cycle). Bunch of relevant certs as well. I would take 110k for a 9-5 in a heartbeat.
Hi everyone! Would appreciate a referral to Google. I have my eye on a few roles within Learning and Development and would love additional support. I’m happy to send my resume/portfolio along. Thanks a ton.
Can someone give me a referral at BlackRock ?
Appreciate some advise, recently took a new job in Tech @ Bay area. But live & working from East coast until offices open year end. The position is eligible for remote if needed. My plan is to go work in Bay area for a few months/years & eventually come back to East Coast & settle here. Company is starting to work on PERM & should I request them to process for my home location area in the East Coast? I am worried I will be stuck in the Bay area forever once my I-140 is approved due to backlog.

Have about 1.5-2 years working in consulting at cerner. Specificly revenue cycle management. I like healthcare consulting, I have began to really thrive in the revenue cycle space just don’t really like cerner. While I know this isn’t an ideal time to to leave,I really wanna explore other ops. Looking for insight into which companies and or opportunities are some of the better exit options considering my revenue cyIcle experience and short tenure. Really hate living in KC!

How does this sound?
Maybe we should implement something like automatic posts refresh? I got a notification about "someone like mypost" but it isn't displaying at the post title...

What’s your best nontraditional “Somebody I know made a fortune doing blank” story (I.e. reselling tickets, only fans, nail salons)
I am on my first business trip since 2020! My team has been working in average 60 hours a week. This week some of us left the office at around 6:30pm to go have dinner and then watch a play here in Chicago. This morning the partner sends out an email saying that we are all on a business trip and not on vacation. We should focus in getting work done and not go to entertainment venues. What the hell? Should I send out a reply with my resignation?
Kearney has absolutely no exit opportunities besides operational and procurement roles. Wish I realized this before I joined.
My manager is a Libra to his core. So indecisive and generally takes a long time to focus on our priorities. The rest of the team are water signs and have a hard time working with said manager. My work life as an Aries/driver is totally incompatible and I struggle to feel like I’m contributing. Can I ask to roll off?
