Hi everyone. I’m wondering if I can get some advice on an employee I hired about 9 months ago. They seemed to be excited when first joining but now they lack the work ethic I hoped I would find in them. They lack attention to detail, they don’t pay attention/action on things you tell them to. They’re very “everyone is against me” mindset & I’ve tried everything I can to improve their work but they really don’t seem to care to implement any of the tips I’ve given. Id rather not fire them. Help!
