Helps me to focus on something else. I don’t tell myself “You can’t do x” but instead I say “Isn’t it awesome you are working towards y” - I focus on the positive and how doing that will make me feel rather than trying to restrain myself from the negative

That’s a helpful perspective, because I think part of the struggle in avoiding a negative is the guilt that comes with failing to avoid. Versus celebrating taking steps toward a positive.

Do you use any sort of tool to track your ‘progress towards y’? Something to stay motivated?

Does anybody have a resource available for pricing and billing? I am 2 years out of law school, working as a corporate attorney, and wanting to go solo. Ideally, I will take my corporate client with me, but am working to build work on the side during the transition. Also, do you have any recommendations for document preparation? I would like to draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, but would like a resource that has boilerplate provisions to utilize as a reference.

Curious if this happens to anyone else - I workout regularly (mix of cardio and strength training) and eat healthy 90% of times. I make sure to eat veggies and protein in almost every meal, alongside some carbs. In general, I’m a big foodie and do love food. But I am CONSTANTLY hungry. No matter how satiated I feel after a meal, I’m hungry again in an hour. Not sure if this is psychological more than physical, but I’m trying to lose weight and this is making it so tough!
