GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) Gartner Hi! I'm currently working as an Account Manager in SMB at Gartner. Received an offer to work at GLG EMEA's enterprise financial institutions segment, also as an Account Manager.
Does anyone have any feedback about GLG? Any advice? I do like Gartner but they're offering me a better pay and to work in a much more interesting segment at GLG.

My company is 12-15% depending on product and 20-25% on multipliers for AEs.
For SEs, we work on a team based commission number (we get paid for every deal that the team works). Our rates are 0.2-0.7% with multipliers bring us up to 0.3-1.4%.
AEs individual goals avg to $1.2m. There are 14 AEs.
SE team goal is about $12m.
We get 10% if we hit 70% of target and 5% if below 70% of target.
Chief
We're at around 19% before hitting our annual goal. Things escalate from there.
We have a fixed range of 15%-25% before hitting our annula goal. Another 10% increase if we hit our target.
Are the. % discussed here of your individual base salary or the % of your quota that you need to hit? For example, 12-15% of a Base of 80K or 12-15% of annual Quota of 1M?
That's fantastic. In my industrial sales field, it's a % of your base in terms of the quota you hit. So if you hit your quota, you get 25% of your base. And not always will you hit your quota. Tech sales is quite good in that regards.
